Signing in to RSL using Single Sign-On (SSO)
×What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Single Sign-On (SSO) lets you access the RSL online system using an account you already have, such as Microsoft, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
You don’t need to create or remember a separate RSL password if you use SSO.
In simple terms:
- One account
- One sign-in
- No extra password to remember
Where do I use SSO?
SSO is available on the RSL sign-in page:
When you try to open a protected RSL page, you will be asked to sign in first.
What sign-in options are available?
On the sign-in screen, you will see several ways to log in:
-
Standard RSL login
Sign in using your email address and RSL password -
Single Sign-On options
Choose “Continue with”:- RSL Single Sign-On
- Microsoft
- Apple
These options are clearly shown on the sign-in page.
How Single Sign-On works (step by step)
- Go to https://cloud.rslawards.com
- Click Sign In
- Choose a “Continue with…” option (e.g. Microsoft)
- You will be redirected to that provider’s sign-in page
- Sign in using your existing account
- You are automatically returned to RSL and signed in
You do not need to enter a separate RSL password when using SSO.
Who should use SSO?
SSO is recommended if:
- You already use Microsoft, Google, Apple, or Facebook regularly
- You are creating a new account
- You want a faster and simpler sign-in experience
- You prefer not to manage another password
What if I already have an RSL account?
If your email address matches an existing RSL account, signing in with SSO will link you automatically.
From then on, you can keep using SSO instead of your RSL password.
What if I forget my password?
- If you use SSO, you don’t need an RSL password
- If you use email + password, you can reset it using the Lost Password link on the sign-in page
Is Single Sign-On secure?
Yes.
When you use SSO:
- RSL never sees your account password. The password is no longer stored by RSL. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it, with the provider that you sign in with.
- Sign-in security is handled by trusted providers such as Microsoft or Google
- You benefit from the security features of your chosen provider (for example, multifactor authentication if enabled)
Summary
- SSO lets you sign in to RSL using accounts you already trust
- It is quicker, easier, and reduces password problems
- Available directly on the RSL sign-in page
- Supported providers include Microsoft, Google, Apple, and Facebook. If you do not use any of these, you can use the RSL Single Sign-On option.
